    A: Dear mommy, what you’re facing is a very common phenomenon. The solution here is as simple as it is effective. Write down everything! Whether it is the childcare pick-up schedule, your nanny tasks, work chores, grocery – MAKE A NOTE!

    A:First of all, congratulations on making #TheGreatestComeback! Now here’s how you sustain it:

    a.Talk to a few work colleagues beforehand to get a sense of what’s been going on in your absence. It'll help you mentally prepare for your first day and you won’t be in a fish out of water situation.

    b.Make sure you have extra help to look after your baby, especially in the first week of you returning. Trust me, you’re gonna need it.

    c.Remember: IT’S JUST A JOB. The more you stress on it, the less productive you’ll be. Now own that office floor, mom-girll!
